We take samples from every single batch of the sexual enhancement product, including raw material and the finished sexual enhancement pills and keep these samples in our storage for two years past the expiration date. Production: General
The one to be responsible for the work of the Quality Check Staff, equipment and labeling is our Director of operations. All the shops at our factory are subject to both scheduled and surprise inspections by Quality Control Staff and third-party sanitary inspectors.
Production: Blending and Granulation – after the on-site quality inspection raw materials are taken to the storage (freezer). The procedure of quality inspection is carried out again when the raw product is taken out, defrosted and is about to be put into processing. Processed deer antlers are then blended with other ingredients with the help of high-precision equipment, granulated and put into special containers for further storage.
Production: Liquids – Deer Antler Company guarantees that all the ingredients used in the manufacturing of our product undergo the same scrupulous examination. This statement concerns the quality of used liquids too.
Production: Encapsulation and Compression – after one more quality assurance the test batch of granulated product gets encapsulated. The pills produced from the test batch are compared with previous samples and, if everything meets the quality requirements, are put into the sample storage too. Then the rest of the batch gets encapsulated; unfilled, cracked and overfilled capsules get discharged and the finished product that meets the quality requirements proceeds to the packaging shop.
Production: Packaging and Inspection – finished Deer Antler Plus pills that have passed the quality check are packaged for bulk storage in the warehouse or are bottled for immediate consumer use. When we run out of bottled product, batches of pills are removed from the warehouse, tested and bottled. All Deer Antler Plus packages meet the requirements of the FDA: all of them are supplied with tamper-proof seals and informational leaflets for the customers.
Production: Final Products – bottled Deer Antler Plus herbal sexual enhancement pills are kept in climate-controlled environment until being taken out and prepared for shipping to one of our customers.
Product Analysis Leaflets – every batch of Deer Antler sexual enhancer product, both raw and finished, is supplied with a special product analysis leaflet containing the following information: lot numbers of raw materials, production reports, shelf life, etc.
